Wildland Blades Guarantee and Warranty
Wildland Blades guarantees all its products of the original purchaser. If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no additional charge. Please contact Customer Service at support@wildlandblades.com to make the arrangements.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Wildland Blades is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or items lost after delivery.
Wildland Blades proudly stands behind all its products. If you would like to return or exchange a product, please review our return and exchange policies below.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are happy to refund any product you are not satisfied with within 14 days of its shipping date. Items must be returned in saleable condition to receive a full refund.
- Defective Items: In case you receive a defective item, you have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to request a refund or exchange.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, it must be returned in its original, unused condition, with the original box and packing materials.
Please note:
- We do not allow refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.
- Refunds or exchanges due to size issues are not accepted. Please refer to the size guide attached to each product page.
- Products must be in the same condition as received, unused, and unopened.
- Any paid shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Process
To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:
- Have your original order number ready.
- Contact our Customer Service 24/7 at support@wildlandblades.com.
- Once your return/refund is approved, we will notify you by email.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Custom & Personalized Orders:
Custom or engraved items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Full payment is required for custom orders.
Discounted & Sale Items:
Items purchased at a discount or on sale are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
If you receive faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images or a video of the defect within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement free of charge.
Exchanges
We ask that exchanges be treated as returns, and that the new item be ordered separately to avoid inventory issues. This helps ensure that the item you want isn't out of stock during the return process.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Wildland Blades is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the provided shipping address. Please refer to the tracking information emailed to you to monitor delivery progress.
Shipping Delays
By ordering from us, you agree to our posted processing and shipping times. While most orders are delivered within the expected timeframe, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control. If your shipping time exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at support@wildlandblades.com.
